Privacy policy

This website collects information only when you choose to send it, through the project request form or by emailing me. It is used to answer you and to do the work you hire me for. It is not sold, not rented, and not shared with advertisers. This site runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

When you submit the project request form, I receive:

• Your name, and business name if you provide one
• Your email address, and phone number if you provide one
• Your preferred contact method
• The project types you selected
• Your current website address, if you provide one
• The description of your project
• Your budget range and timeline, if you choose to share them

For basic abuse prevention, the server also records the time of submission, your browser’s user agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The raw IP address is not stored.

This website sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and does not use third party analytics. There is no cross-site tracking of any kind here.

Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which is a third party request made by your browser when the page loads.

• To prepare a quote or proposal
• To carry out work you hire me to do
• To provide support if you are on a care plan

I will not add you to a marketing list because you filled out a project form. If a newsletter ever exists, joining it will be a separate, deliberate choice.

Submissions are stored on a private server, in a location that is not reachable from the public web. Access is limited to Ravion Moyers.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to actual client work are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for ordinary business and tax recordkeeping.

Running this business involves a small number of service providers, such as the company hosting the server and the provider delivering email. They process information only to provide that service.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is not given to advertisers or data brokers.

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@texsdigitalservices.com and I will handle it directly. There is no form to fill out and no department to escalate through.

This site is served over HTTPS, submissions are validated on the server, and the application does not run with administrator privileges. Stored submissions sit outside the web-accessible directory.

No system is perfectly secure, and I am not going to claim otherwise. What I can tell you is that the amount of information collected here is deliberately small, which is the most effective protection available.

This is a business services website and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be noted here rather than quietly edited in.
