TEXPEPS
A regulated category, handled with a careful hand.

What this had to solve.
Build a modern, confident brand for a Texas telehealth company while staying strictly inside what a non-clinical technology platform is allowed to say. The design had to feel premium and trustworthy, and the copy had to resist every instinct the marketing world has toward promising outcomes.

- A full marketing site covering four service categories with individual pages
- A secure eligibility intake flow with a stated privacy posture

- Site-wide disclosure language stating the platform is not a pharmacy or medical practice

The parts that do the work.
Compliance-aware content design
Every service page is written so that eligibility, provider review, and the absence of any guarantee are stated plainly rather than buried.
Geographic honesty
Texas-only availability is stated in the hero, in the FAQ, and in the footer, instead of implying a national footprint.
Secure intake
Intake submits to the company's own server and passes to a HIPAA-conscious clinical platform.
No tracking
The site runs no advertising or analytics trackers anywhere, including on the intake.
Strong visual identity
A deep navy and red identity with heavy display type that reads as serious rather than clinical.
